After graduating college, Starshell signed to Universal Music Group’s Interscope records. She co-penned “Love Lockdown” for pop superstar Kanye West, which debuted at number three on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and went on to sell over five million copies becoming 5 times platinum. She also co-penned "I Can See in Color" and "Closer" for Mary J. Blige. The former was featured in the Oscar-nominated film, Precious. In 2015, Starshell toured with JLo and Enrique Iglesias on their Dance Again World Tour where she performed her popular single, "Birthday Girl". After completing tour, Starshell followed a deeper calling. In honor of her sister who she lost to suicide, she launched a lifestyle brand called Birthday Girl® that promotes celebrating life to help save lives. A portion of all proceeds fund suicide prevention programs.

With focused methods, confident leadership and ambitious outcomes, Dana Rachlin has founded NYC Together, a unique social justice organization that uses the principles of empowerment, education and service to bridge the gap between police, youth, the community and local businesses. Prior to starting NYC Together, Dana worked for the Center for Court Innovation in various capacities to advance criminal justice practices used in family and criminal court. She later served as the Director of the Greenpoint Chamber of Commerce, supporting local businesses through networking, education, and advocacy.

At 14, William's Malawi village was hit by a drought & everyone's crops began to fail. Without enough money for food, let alone school, William spent his days in the library &  figured out how to bring electricity to his village. Persevering against the odds, William built a functioning windmill out of junkyard scraps, and thus became the local hero who harnessed the wind. The generator powered four electric lights and two radios in the Kamkwamba family’s house, allowing them to stay up later and freeing them from having to travel long distances to purchase paraffin for lamps. A second windmill provided running water to irrigate crops. Today, William is a notable TED talks speaker, graduate of Dartmouth & remains involved in many engineering projects and charities in his home village.

Jewel Burks is an advocate for representation and access in the technology industry. As co-founder and CEO of Partpic, an Atlanta based startup designed to streamline the purchase of maintenance and repair parts using computer vision technology, Partpic raised over $2 million in seed funding to integrate its proprietary technology into mobile apps and websites of parts distributors and retailers. Currently Jewel serves as Team Lead for Visual Search at A9.com, an Amazon Company. In addition to this role, Jewel is a proud board member at Amplify 4 Good.
